Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 5–12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are available from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at corbineyewear@outlook.com to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Products
Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes. All Corbin Eyewear sunglasses provide UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
Are the frames suitable for prescription lenses?
Our frames are designed as fashion sunglasses and are not prescription-ready. We recommend consulting a qualified optician for prescription eyewear.
