RETURNS PERIOD
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests submitted after this period.

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Items must remain unused, in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

At present, we do not operate a public retail store or physical location for customer visits.
