1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, product launches, or seasonal events, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

From time to time, Corbin Eyewear may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking information provided.


6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery delays or additional charges may occur.

Corbin Eyewear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.


10. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check with household members;

  • Check with neighbours;

  • Contact the local delivery carrier.

If assistance is required, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Corbin Eyewear cannot guarantee reimbursement for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


11. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product.

We will review the claim and work towards a suitable resolution.


12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.


13. ONLINE BUSINESS INFORMATION

Corbin Eyewear currently operates exclusively as an online e-commerce business.

At this time, we do not operate a public retail location or physical store for customer visits.

All customer service and order support are provided online.

We intend to expand into physical retail locations within the United Kingdom in the future.
